On the last day of September 2020, the second expedition will take place at Stelli in Safiental. Before dawn, a temporary installation is brought into the snow-covered landscape and set up between two mountain lakes. As with the previous expedition with a similar experimental setup, the aim is to melt holes in two wax plates using a construction made of optical lenses.
The expedition's plan is carried out successfully - over the course of seven hours, five drops of the petroleum derivative fall into the simultaneously melting snow.
A lecture performance later makes the recordings in text and images accessible to the public.
