The Cosmic Nebulae are derived from astronomically documented Nebulae. They can later be used on the expeditions as part of the experimental installation setup. 

The wax plates are poured into an aluminum basin in various layers mixed with pigments. A pattern with curves is cut out on the back of the basin.These are curves of random hand drawings that reflect the infinite number of possibilities for traversing three-dimensional space. The recesses in the basin allow light to pass through the wax layer. This creates deeper and more contrasting regions, as well as luminous fog in the picture.
